VITA Teamworks Challenge 2026

The VITA Teamworks Challenge 2026 is an exciting new EmployabilityUK programme created in partnership with Teamworks Karting, Team You, and Provisions Plus+.

VITA is EmployabilityUK’s new employability and leadership programme for young people aged 16–18 and 18+. It combines practical teamwork challenges, structured workshops, employer engagement, and digital skill-tracking through the EmployabilityUK Skills Passport (ESP).
