Introducing the Ultimate Employability Skills Programme
In collaboration with local, regional and national employers, we identify the skills gaps and challenges faced by education and learners. We customise our employability programmes to enhance the prospects for young people aged 16-18 and 18-21+. Our Ultimate Employability Skills Programme (UESP) is specially designed to enhance the skills and work readiness of young people, filling the gaps often overlooked in their learning and development. Participants acquire a robust set of practical skills, insights, and experiences that amplify their social capital and aptitude for the contemporary job market.
This holistic programme is not only practical, comprehensive and engaging, but it is very versatile. It has been specially designed to be adapted to support learners of all abilities, including SEND and NEET, as well as exceptionally able individuals.
Learners get a workbook and support from a coach, and they can access a digital library that provides resources and motivation for further learning and development. They will also be provided with opportunities to gain experience in work or volunteering, helping them boost their employment profile and really stand out from the crowd
