Students support other students through EmployabilityUK

MSc students at the University of Wolverhampton have been working in partnership with EmployabilityUK to develop a ‘secure platform’ for students and mentors to exchange emails in a safe environment, which will enhance the mentoring programmes offered to schools and youth organisations.

Unlike regular email, all messages sent through the secure platform are screened using a programme which detects potentially inappropriate words, language and phrases. This means schools can offer students the opportunity to contact their mentor for help and advice on projects, coursework and career pathways outside of their face to face meetings.

Further information can found on the University of Wolverhamption website.
