In today’s ever-evolving world, preparing learners for success goes beyond traditional teaching and learning. At EmployabilityUK, we have built a reputation and track record over many years of working with young people to help them think about their futures and what exciting opportunities await them.

What is Motivation Reboot?

Motivation Reboot is a series of modules, several of which are delivered as a core part of the Ultimate Employability Skills Programme. These are powerful interventions that work extremely effectively as standalone workshops, tailored to suit learners in Further and Higher Education, as well as learners as young as Year 6.  

Workshops are highly engaging, informative and interactive and can be adapted for specific and various learner needs, such as SEND and NEET as well as those who may be exceptionally able. For £1,500 for up to 30 Learners, and then from as little as £15 per head, and ranging from 2-5 hours delivered on one day, the modules are highly engaging, informative and interactive. They can be adapted for specific and various learner needs, such as SEND and NEET as well as those who may be exceptionally able. Costs vary depending on duration and number of Learners.

• Sector-specific Guest Lecture – informative guest talk by an experienced sector or industry expert

• Mock Interviews – learning and practising self-presentation skills 
• Entrepreneurship – explore what is required to start and run a business or be self-employed
