Today marks the launch of EmployabilityUK’s most ambitious but potentially most revolutionary programme yet as we embark on the next phase of boosting confidence, increasing skills and raising aspirations of young people through Powerful Partnerships.
The project is designed to make it easier than ever before for businesses across the country to work with schools, colleges, universities and youth organisations to make a genuine difference to the lives of people in their communities.
Over the next three years, we will be forging new partnerships with companies across all sectors to deliver our programmes nationwide. Throughout that period, we will grow to support young people in 25 cities and large towns throughout the UK.
Building Resilience
Research suggests that confidence and resilience among young people has reduced significantly, especially in the wake of the pandemic. It has never been more vital for the businesses that will rely on these young people for the workforce of the future to get involved.
To help businesses to reach and assist these young people, we’ve created brand new, innovative programmes that will support our continued bespoke delivery, tailored uniquely to our partners and the young people they wish to support.
