Safeguarding
The safety and well-being of our students, staff, volunteers, supporters and partners is our top priority. This sits alongside our common law duty to protect children and adults at risk and is central to our culture.
Our comprehensive Safeguarding policy applies to adults working in any capacity with EmployabilityUK, including Employees, Volunteers, Mentors and Workplace supervisors for work experience or visits. It provides a clear process for the reporting of safeguarding issues and supplements online training.
EmployabilityUK takes a zero-tolerance approach to abuse – all abuse is serious and should recognised.
